Hello all,

I've been playing DDO on and off since head start on EU servers. Approx 1 year ago I left the game for good for various reasons (friends leaving, declining population, guild issues etc) and I don't intend to go back there. I have a trial acc now and I want to buy a subscription.

So far so good. However Turbine's site has credit card as the only payment method. No problem for me... except that Turbine thinks that the world only consists of the North American continent :| You can only select a few countries. I can enter a "fake" country but I don't know whether that would work.

I also found paybycash.com. Their "world" is a little bigger but not big enough.

I know that there are players from other countries on US servers playing. I wonder what payment methods they are using.

Any help appreciated, thanks. :)

After fiddling around I've found what to do (note: this is for international customers only!):

- First you have to buy the game from www.turbine.com. You can use any credit card from there. Otherwise you
- You'll receive a mail that contains your product key.
- Login to your trial acc at myaccount.turbine.com.
- Near the top there is a blank field for the product key. Paste the key from the mail (named "Digital Rights" in the mail) into the field and submit.
- At the next screen select "Upgrade" (you can create a new account too but you'll lose your trial toons that way).
- Enter your trial acc user and pass.
- Enter your credit card info (don't worry, you have 30 days of free playing time before your next billing period)
- Done. Have fun!
