I really think all we need to do to find future criminals is:

1: take puppies to classroom.
2: allow children to play with them
3: put any child not having a fit of fun in to a mental institution lol.

really, nothing short of mental sickness can stop a human being from loving a puppy lol.

Yes, a key trait of most violent crime offenders, exhibit cruel tendancies toward animals as children.

I met a child of a well known offender in Australia who I wont name, and that child was already torturing puppies and kittens. Very sad. :( He had a very horrible childhood as one might imagine, but also he probably inherited his father's genetic problems associated with behaviour disorders.

There is an arguement of whether it is nature/nuture it is most likely both.

I studied up on brain chemicals to understand ADD - HD - CD - ODD. Ill get shot for saying this but there are chemicals in the brain that if they arent there you get odd behaviour, medication does fix the physiological problems and then behaviour modification i.e discipline will work and behaviours can be changed. If you start young then the social stigmas and behavioural patterns dont become ingrained and extremely hard to unlearn later.
