I tend to lead towards Holy + Acid Burst + Str +2 on a greataxe.

There is no such thing as "the best min.2 greataxe", but something like this (http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~delallea/ddo/shroud/cgi-bin/shroud.cgi?item=item&weapon=greataxe&effects=mineral2_weap_,holy,_acid,__acid&altar=3) is typically what people craft.

IMHO, and others may differ in ideas, good burst is better, as far as im aware Harry is immune to acid, so makes more sense to take good burst as its more damaging, and leave the lil acid stuff for tier 1, where 1d6 dont mean squat.

Personal choice, but i would go with acid at tier 1 and good burst at tier 2. Good has more application as there arent any mobs that are good aligned, lawful perhaps, possibly neutral, but none that you fight are good, so good burst will be dmging every one of them.
