Server Crash?

Is the server about to crash or did it and I don't know it? I am in a party where half of us are connected and the other half are showing not connecting but are talking to us. Oh and we are all stuck in place.

Apparently it was the party instance. We all had to log off and on, some of us a few times, and then reset the instance. What a pain.
