Chinese-English translator

This may have been brought up before but I would like to know: Couldn't a Chinese-English translator be integrated into the typed chat log so that we may effectively communicate with our Chinese friends? There are many language translators on the web so integrating this technology into online gaming seems like a no brainer.

Honestly, if we had a decent api someone could probably do it for them. Unfortunately, we lack access to the chat windows without violating the EULA, so someone can't add a babel fish translator plugin.
