If you were online and your Help Request ticket was closed without a GM contacting you, please PM me with the Help Request Ticket numbers and I will look into this for you.

You can find the ticket numbers in the Help Menu under Track Tickets.

Sorry for any inconvenience.

FYI, Sparker, I hear of this happening all the time.

I have not experienced it myself but I rarely submit tickets.

If you have had a ticket closed on you while you were online, please PM me with the Character name, Server and the Ticket number and I will look into it.

Nobody should ever have their help request closed without being contacted if they are online.

Oh wow I have had so many closed w/o a response I can't recall the numbers but these are all related to the same issue. I can't hear other players nor can I see their voice chat icons light up. I lose all text chat but for the /tell. However, if I use my voice or type the entire party receives it. If I quit and restart the game text chat magically reappears. Also guild names disappear as part of the loss of comms. As I recall, the problem started with the release of MOD 8 not my moving from a LAN to wireless connection to the router.

I have a large number of tickets that went unanswered and were simply closed. I would have to resubmit 3 times before someone would contact me. The issue was referred to Tech Support, they said "It's a dropped packet issue. We can't tell you how to configure your router to work with our game."

A few weeks ago I sent an email to TurbineSupportExperience@Turbine.com it went unanswered. I can't say that I am convinced that the customer support system is working as intended. I can say that billing is very very good at taking credit card numbers.
