With the influx of information concerning PRE's and Capstones, why has no "tentative" information been released about this? Requirements and Benefits? Inquiring minds, aka the chronically bored, want to know.

I cant answer your question but I would like to know what all the new acronyms are? I take it the are new enhancements but not sure what it stands for? PRC? PRE? Am i missing any?
I got the jist of the Capstones. I take it they are special enhancements at the 20th level of a given class?

Eariler they said that the requirements for Dwarven Defender would mirror Arcane Archer: in that you would be eligible as a fighter or a dwarf, not a combination of the two.

Beyond that... they didn't say much about it. But they'll either have two sets of requirements, or requirements that dwarves and fighters share... like Dwarven Armor Mastery or Armored Agility.

PrC=Prestige Class.

Since our PrCs are in enhancement forms, we have PrEs.

PrE=Prestige Enhancement.

Woah man, eladrin said he'd release a tidbit a week. Defender's turn will come when it comes. Probably much later though as fighter's already got one chunk of info (kensai)

Supposedly, Frenzied Berserker should be this week.

What's known about Dwarven Defenders in PnP and how might it translate into DOO? I don't know anything about presige classes as I dropped out of PnP in 3.5

They get a "stance" that you cannot move from that:

Increases DR
Increases AC
Increases Str
Increases Con

That's about the gist of it.

Considering the currently stated PrEs are only minorly similar to their PnP versions, it's anyone's guess as to the actual benefits of the PrE.

My guess? Slightly increased AC, increased shield blocking DR, increased hate generation.

It's a 10 level PrC in PnP. Full BAB, good will, good fort, d12 hps.

Incremental increases in AC.

Stance that gives some moderate bonuses but you give up movement (i.e. your the cork).

It can be a strong AC class.
