Action Points

How often do we get action points? Is it based upon XP, finishing quests or what?

You get four action points per level, and they are spaced out evenly between levels. For example, it takes 5000xp to reach second level, and you are awarded an action point when you hit 1000, 2000, 3000, and 4000 xp. At the current cap, you should have 64 action points to spend.

Everyone time you "rank" (Another purple circle fills up, and you get these "wings" around you) you get 1 AP. Every time you level, however, you do not get one. This amounts to 4 per lvl.
