checking your completions

I know you can because someone shared it with me the other night, but I didn't write it down & now can't remember.
Can someone please share the /thing that lets you check your completions?
(I figured I would ask here because I have been playing almost a year the first I heard of it was a few nights ago)

ony works in raids afther you have finished buffing up. It wont give usable data if you have under 10 buffs on you.

It won't tell you how many times you have completed a given quest or raid.
