Rapier set for my Ranger

My ranger is an Iron Monk build (Ranger 12/Pally 2/Monk 1, http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=139604&highlight=Iron+Monk)

However, I'm not pondering what I'd like for my Rapier/Rapier or Rapier/Shortsword set.

Lightning II and Radiance II are always valid options, but because of Blanket Immunities on mobs, I've been looking at Dust II. On a Pally, I'm not sure how to make Dust II work out well.

If you all have a suggest for the set I should make, please throw them at me. All I ask is that on the set, I'd prefer to have Insight 4 and Exception Dex 2 (not as worried about the Dex 2, but would still prefer it).

Ooze II is pretty good. Nothing like an army of oozes keeping you safe.

For Dust II go for neg on tier 1 and load either +6 str or Neg absorption.

STR on the first tier is interesting, but I'm not sure if I'd want to sacrifice a slot on my greensteel for something I have on my gloves (+6 STR of Shield, decent set).

What's Ooze's combo? I'll look at it.

I'm not completely sure I'll go down the ooze path. Right now, I'm really wanting Dust II, but Ooze II is viable.
