Billing US Accounts from Germany

Hi all,

i live in germany and want to upgrade my 10 day ddo trial account to a full account. My problem is, that its not possible to choose a country beside USA, Canada or Mexico in the form field of the turbine online buy form of the turbine online store. Because of this restriction its not possible for me to use my credit card data to buy a digital download retail version.

Now my question is, how it is possible to buy a full retail version outside of the USA?

Call Turbine billing.

My brother plays the US version from Newcastle, England. He had a lil trouble trying to pay by CC and eventually had to make calls back and forth to Turbine billing to get an active account.

If you don't know someone who is willing to give you DDO as an early Holiday present from the states, you can always buy it yourself from the Turbine store. You can do the digital purchase, then use the key to upgrade your account. When you do it this way, the system will let you add a billing address in Germany. You can find the Turbine store here:

I was able to get a digital download at the turbine store! The problem was, that if you want to purchase a digital download directly from the myaccount.turbine.com site, you cant choose a credit card location outside of the USA, Canada and Mexico. But at store.turbine.com this is possible.
