Ethereal bracers definately help here, but you get the picture.

I find acid fog is a bit more effective.

Good suggestion. I'm not spec'd for acid but if he doesn't have DR vs acid that will make it even easier, thanks.

Y'up. He takes full damage. Had him cooking for about 40-60 points a tick the other night. Though I gave up all my crit enhancements so I could take the full line of damage with both Fire/Cold, and Elec/Acid. I find the blue dragon robe does that well enough on its own, and the base damage is more useful than relying on crit spells.
