Nope, happened here as well. Showed that it lost communication so I logged out to reset and now all of the servers show red x's

Checking with tech, but initial reports from them indicate that Sprint is having an issue in the Phoenix/San Fran area - if you're coming through either of those regions, it appears there is serious packet loss and bad response times. The servers are still up.

New Jersey here. I crashed out and showed the servers down. Only lasted a couple minutes though.

don't forget your internet connection may be routing through the troubled area. You'd have to do a tracert to know that. (you wouldn't think it would be routed that way, but you never know...)

Yesterday I was having some bad packet loss, I would lock up every now and again, however it was in 3 barrel cove around the orc area with all those archers that are pegging you from up top, it seemed as soon as I drop those archers the lag went away for the most part, but if even one was left the lag was still bad.
But I'm not talking your normal lag of just a couple of seconds, I'm talking 10 or even 20 seconds of just the game stopping, I could rotate my character but nothing else.
My ultimate destination from Sacramento is San Diego.
So question, are the servers in San Diego and maybe I'm routing through San Francisco to get to them, or is their a server that provide service in San Francisco? If there is a service in San Francisco, how do I route to it rather than San Diego?
