OMG I just got booted on my 20th shroud run, at the same time as pulling 2 swords of shadows, while proposing to my girlfriend, and almost discovering the cure for cancer. I blame it all on Turbine. So close, never going to happen now.

We had a good one, we had just killed Sorjek on the optional part of Stealer of Souls, saw the chest appear and got booted... no Soverign :(... Reflag ftw! /sigh
