Basically, error began today with me after logging into several of my characters to pass some mail between them. So far, I have not found a solution to the problem and my account is up to date on the monthly fee. Turbine, fix this since I can't find a way to play.

Well DEMANDING anything isn't going to get you far. It just happened 5 minutes ago. Sheesh people. Give them a chance to realize something's wrong...

Um... thats no justification for this problem you know. Everyone has lives but that does not stop us from doing our jobs well. Also, we are paying every month for their product. Therefore, we have the right to demand better quality work from them. You have nothing to add to this thread and continue to bash people for demanding Turbine to fix the game.

Hey, things break, I understand that. Yes, I'm a paying customer, but I'm also rational. Posting a thousand threads on the same topic isn't going to get it fixed any faster. I added my voice to a pre-existing thread, and life will go on while it gets fixed. God forbid you might have to get up from your computer and do something ELSE for a few minutes.

You know nothing about my personal life and therefore you can't make any assumptions. I posted one thread in order to tell Turbine about this problem. If hundreds of other customers created hundreds of other threads, that has nothing to do with me. No where did I state that the creation of several threads regarding the same problem will speed up the process of fixing it. I do not know about you, but that screenshot clearly says: "contact tech support if the problem persists." and that is exactly what I did by posting in the TA forums.

Just for future reference it is ALWAYS a good idea to search for threads by the turbine staff (using the trackers on the main forum index) and to also scan through the threads on the first page of the tech and general game play forums when experiencing issues as you will often find post about what you are experiencing.
