Can't get any help from Tubine Account Support

For the past two days, I've tried calling, e-mail, and the Live Chat feature to get help with my account and I have been unabe to reach anyone. No one answers the phone even though the automated voice says it will only be a one minute wait. The live chat times out on the "connecting" phase kicking me to the e-mail. And I have not recieved any response from my e-mails. Anyone else having a problem reaching account help? Anyone working for Turbine that can get me some help actually reading this?

Unfortunately account management is very busy at the moment, the best advice i cant give is to keep trying back.

Finally got in touch with someone in account management. Problem resolved.
