Does the Shroud's Lore bonuses sack with each other?

For example,

Fire Lore, Greater Fire Lore, Superior Fire Lore for a 18% Crit chance and a +1 to your already existing spell crit multiplyer.

Or does it only gives 9% and +0.5 to already existing spell crit multiplyer.

Does this stack with the enhancements you can take and does it stack with the non-shroud Lore items?

Lore doesn't stack with itself - you'll only get the best one on your gear. But it will stack with your enhancements.

hey anthios, do you think you could post a link that points out that lore from item + enhancments stack? this was a big question for me for a while, along with other stacking effects some still unknown.

As a general rule, items and enhancements ALWAYS stack. Or, put it another way: enhancements (and feats as well) stack with everything.
