Can No Longer Transfer Green Steel Items

Wish they will communicate this change instead of making it a surprise. I like many others have been using one toon to create GS items and obtaining the necessary stones. Apparently that has been a waste of time.

I have no issues with the change if it was properly communicated with some prior warning.

This weekend a guildie helped me make a gs item so no it isn't bound on create. I believe they bind on equip unless this change happened after this weekend.

i just made 2 items on one toon and transfered them to 2 others, no change as far as i saw, items have always been bind on equip.

Made me a GS rapier on my cleric and sent it to my ranger Saturday...

Just sayin'....
