Not really sure what you stand to gain from the barbarian level...

The low-level rage is pretty much useless.

Edit: OP Ninja!

Ok, here is my character at level 5:

STR: 20 = 17 base + 3 Blademaster gauntlets
DEX: 20 = 16 base + 2 Ring + 2 Feat
CON: 12
INT: 12
WIS: 14= 12 base + 2 ring
CHA: 12 = 10 base + 2 cape

103 HP = 46 base + 5 CON + 47 toughness, 1 racial and 1 Fighter Enhancements + 5 LFL

FORT: +9
REFLEX: +9
WILL: +4

BAB: +5
AC = 23

FEATS:
Favoured enemy: Goblinoid (next one will be Giant)
Dodge
Moblilty
Toughness

Plus all the feats I get for my classes.

He has a +2 Frost Longsword and the Grivevous Blade as main weapons.
+3 Mitheral Chain
Anger's Step set
Goggles of Insight

He is a 1 Fighter/ 1 Barbarian /3 Ranger CG Male Drow.

He is pretty uber, even at this level. Barbarian Rage sucks, but pots are helping with that. I picked up the Barbarian's Spirit, and that is much better. Barbarian's little movement thing is very nice. I took Ranger elemental resistance clickie which has helped. I also took fighter critical accuracy 1 and Fighter haste boost 1.

Any suggestions from here would be nice. I think in the long run 1 barbarian/ 4 fighter/ and 11 ranger might be the best. Not sure on that. Would love to get the STR from the fighter line.

Good? Bad?

Forum ninjas are EVVVVIILLLLL!!!!:D

Because I based it on the Forgotten Realms Drizzt character sheet. It is to reflect the "Hunter" aspect of Drizzt.

Well since you're mixing it up from Drizzt's original build anyway, you should try doing more levels of barbarian, ending up at something like Bbn12/Ftr2/Ranger6 for lv. 20

It's mostly all about the tempest though - can't get much more Drizzt than that.

Edit: two ninjas in a row

I really hate you.:p

No, I think I want to stay close to the character as possible. He has a +3 Scimitar waiting for him.

Yes the rage helps with the Drizzt hunter but the real bonus with only 1 lvl of Barb isnt the rage! It only last 30 - 40 sec and u only get one.

Its all about the 10% movement boost! In combonation with the ranger sprint boost you run at speeds most will only dream about! And thats what drizzt does with the haste bracers! He put em on his feet so his speed will be blinding!

Any more than 1 lvl is a different character. Its really only there for the speed or he'd have 2 lvls for a +1 con and more rages!

I hope this helps =)

I was thinkingthat. Really, this is my first Barbarian of any kind EVER, so I didn't know that until I started listing my feats. That wouldexplain outrunning the party. Which is very cool and very Drizzt like, with his anklets he now wears.

Yeah, I also agree that any more levels of Barbarian would not be Drizzt. He'd be a DRow Wulfgar!
