Is it possible to bring someone lying unconsciouss back to his feet with the spell "False Live"? (Preferrably from a Wand)
Like:
Group cleric is hacked down and now lies at -4 HP. Can a Wizard whip him with a False Live wand to bring him back in a active condition?

Temporary hit points can bring someone back from being incapacitated.
However, False Life is a self-only spell and therefore cannot be applied to an incapacitated groupmate.

Aid clickies & Planar Girds are the two most frequently used ones that I'm aware of - just make sure you don't try it around beholders though, and warn the person that they need to regain actual HPs before the timer runs out :P.

I'm fairly certain that False Life off of wands/clickies is self only.

I use greater heroism to revive someone who's incapacitated.

Low level characters who don't have access to greater heroism can usually get rage rings without too much trouble (AH or run the quest - Baudry Cartamon series). It's a 1-charge rage clickie, but more reliable than, say, healer's kits. There's also the eternal wand of cure minor wounds, from Catacombs end rewards. Need UMD if not a cleric, but it is another cheap way to get someone up in a hurry.
[edit - D'oh! Forgot, anyone can get aid clickies now as a quest reward in Korthos...very quick quest, too (Cannith Crystal).]

I've used Bear's Endurance wands as well. (Obviously this works better at low levels when people don't have +Con items).

never ashrine with just false or buffed life as the shrine stripps buffs before returning sp and hp.
