It says it's a mnemonic enhancer. It gives SP like a mnemonic enhancer. Mnemonic enhancers remove feeblemind.

This stupid necklace doesn't remove feeblemind.

Just FYI before you waste time running the new korthos island quest and get stuck there to get one.

(and NO I didn't get stuck there as a Sorc :) )

Hmmm...but its a clickie, not a potion. You shouldn't even be able to use it while feebleminded.

You can't use clickies while feebleminded? News to me. I hope you are wrong Lor, otherwise I wasted quite a bit of stuff making panacea clickies for my wizard...

You can use it while feebleminded... how else could i test it? But what good does more SP do you if you can't use it?

Oh my bad... I don't know why I had it in my head you couldn't use a clickie...

/hides head in shame

Ok, I'm revising my opinion, devs should change it so you can't use any clickies so I'm right :D

And if clickies work, the OP has a point...

I've never gotten a ring of spell storing, does it fix feeblemind? If not, it could be they just stole the code from that ring and just labelled it poorly.

Ring of spell storing doesn't fix feeblemind - it casts 'spell storing' on you.

LOL,
I guess you finaly got Feebleminded so you could try this out huh?!

Well, I guess I'll put mine in the bank if I can find room for it.....still seems nice to have an emergency SP clickie.

Seems to me free SP is always good...I'd shrine, buff, use the clickie, then move on. Still seems like a nice little item unless your neck slot is something you can't remove for a minute.

The potions yes. My wizard use to carry a stack of the lesser ones (get em cheap off the AH) for when I solo.

I stood toe to toe with a skelly wiz in the desert till he feebleminded me just to test it. Then ran away cause it didn't work and I couldn't cast spells LOL.

Hey, that clickie is worth it even without healing feeblemind. It says it only gives 10 sp per charge, but I usually get around 20 (for a total of 40 sp). For my multi-classed Fighter/Wizard, 40 sp is a lot! :)

DOH! Your not supposed to post things that are broken that actually HELP us! I can see an emergency NERF coming in the next couple of days to fix that while the feeblemind issue won't even make the far future, possible, maybe, if the devs have a two week holiday and everyones in a great mood fix list.

/sigh

EDIT: JK, the spell actually says it will give that much.

Bummer I just did the newb quest yesterday to get this for the feeblemind clicky, oh well. It does give 10-35 sp per use so up to 70 per rest for basically free ain't bad! Maybe they'll fix it though because when you mouse over the spell description does state that it dispels feeblemind.

After this post I read the description of the item.
I examined it and put my curser over the description of the effect.

It clearly says it cures feeblemind!

But I guess it doesn't. :(

Bug reported it around the time I originally posted this...no response. Perhaps if others also bug reported it some action may be taken...? I will hold my breath until this is fixed one way or another Turbine! My imminent death will be on your head (collectively)

....already feeling faint....hurry..They never respond to bug reports unless they need more information. The only thing we'll here is if it makes the known-issues list (do they still maintain that?) or if they fix it and include that in the release notes.

Hmm, I could have sworn lesser and minor didn't actually cure feeblemind, despite the descriptions.

They do, and for those without a supply, grab your caster, set "End Rewards" to class based, and run a bunch of quick low level (3-5) quests to stock up.

About an hour, and you can stock up 10-15 of these.

I have quite a few, but they now sit on my mule because I tried on two separate occasions to use them and then had to waste greater pots because they didn't work. I also once advised someone in a PUG to use one, saw his sp go up, and he claimed he was still feebleminded. This was probably upwards of 6 months ago though, maybe something got fixed.
