Information for newbies

I wonder if anyone knows where can I see details about monsters of DDO.
Mostly I would like to see the hit dice ro amount of HP each monster and boss have.
Their special abilities can be nice too.
Secondly, I wonder where can I find Recipe online for the stone of change. Surely someone printed out some information in this subject.
