Cant submit a ticket and Prey on The Hunter is bugged! Constant Giant fighting!!

We are stuck in Prey on the Hunter. We cant file a ticket and the second dragon for optional is not there. Giant keep spawning and its an incessant fight! Help Turbine! Character Name Serjaad

We dont even have a dragon, he's gone

we have same issue on Sarlona - can't talk to dragon, we get the cogs but nothing happens when we try to talk.

also cannot raise ticket - all we get is the white screen.

Is there any other way of raising a ticket?

Have someone in your group recall to town and send a ticket there,
seems to work.

We had the same problem twice with the dragon not responding to our attempts to talk with her. The first time, a party member recalled and submitted the ticket for us, but we were only given completion. The second time, we had a guild member submit a ticket for us and he directed the GM to contact our party leader. It worked and we were able to fight both dragons.
