...to post here about how community members might enjoy another game? I can't find anything that says it's against the rules, but I know the moderators here are pretty arbitrary when it comes to shutting stuff down. Anyone know about this particular topic?

If you're saying hey DDO-devs, check out feature X in game Y as I think it would be a good addition to DDO... and it's constructive... it might go in the development discussion thread or general discussion.
