Will the selling of items to a vendor be fixed anytime soon??

if it's the same problem i've been having then it goes like this

you go to sell something to a vendor, hit Sell and you hear the item exchange sound but you keep the item and receive no gold/plat. In my experience if you zone into and out of wherever it was that you were trying to sell it will work again. sometimes though this doesn't work

Still a problem. Not sure if it's just lag, or a coding issue.

Example: double click a couple items from my inventory, they appear just fine in the "shopping cart" at the bottom of the window, click sell, wait...and wait....and wait, items do not disappear from the "shopping cart". Hit close window, receive warning that there are unsold items in the window. Strange variation in the desert last night was that one item did drop from the shopping cart, but the other item remained unsold. Sold it later in the Wayward Lobster. Have never watched closely enough to verify that I was indeed paid for that other item that disappeared from the window.

Actually, now you don't even get the money sound. It just sits there. Try hitting the clear button after you hit the sell button. It worked for me but it might have just been a coincidence.

its been touch and go. For the most part though, there is still an excessive wait time.

what do you mean by "excessive"...2 to 3 seconds or is it maybe like a minute??
I havent had any issues with this so just asking to get an idea on what you are experiencing.

It comes and goes. I've seen a "sold" item hang around for upwards of 2 minutes, then finally disappear from the dialog and my inventory window. Can't sell other stuff in the mean time.

I've had the same issue when posting auctions...every once in a while now, an auction posting will hang in limbo for a couple minutes before the entry clears and shows up in the posted list.

This seems to be an extension or mutation of the mailbox lag that I've seen off and on for a very long time now. It's spreading.... :(

I have also been having this issue.

I click Sell then wait anywhere from 10s to 1 min before anything hapens. Sometimes 1 or 2 items will clear off the list, then it pauses and after a while the rest will clear.

I noticed yesterday that if I close the window and it warns that I have an incomplete transaction and I say to close anyway, then reopen the vendor, my items actualy did sell.

Then I logged off and logged back on. I have a 10 second delay then it works. Not the best but better than 2 minutes
