Yeah I have this issue too, plus I get my party blinking and vanishing on the map. It's hard to keep track of where they are going.

Those enchancted weapons from the Shroud have gotten loose in STormreach!!! CALL THE WEAPON CATCHERS!!

maybe it's cause Halloween is upon us and the old ghost from delted toons are rising up!!!!!!!!!

The blinking map issue may be because you are in a different instance of the same zone. Try switching to the instance they are at and see if the dots go solid.
