Other load issues

Just did Cabal, we leave quest but loading screen will not load, shutdown game and reload and it dumps us back in quest. We are literally stuck in Cabal and cant get out

Party wiped in the final bit of the Catacombs and I was recalling out to come in and knock the last couple hp on Dryden. Insane load time. Restarted game. Can't even get in to my character list. The opening screening is fluctuating between "Loading character data...." and "Loading subscription data..." over and over and over and over and over...really fast so it's more like OVERandOverandOVERandOVERandOVERand....
