Sorry if this has been answered a 100 times but I wanted to play a warforged just for solo play mostly. I only have the 28point build and a wanted to make a WF that could open traps so I could explore by myself and still be able to survive on my own and heal myself. I looked at the build section but I didnt really see anything that matched that idea. Can someone help please? Thank you in advance

Just build a wf sorcerer. cant do traps, but can get knock to pick. max your con and cha and there is very little you wont be able to solo in the game below raids.

this is my wf battle mage build, you can drop the str to 16, and put whatever else in dex, and switch in mithral body for low levels for ac for soloing at low levels, should get traps easily, cna heal yourself, and great melee capability.
I go along with the wf sorc and max con and cha I have one and he does really well just put all level points into cha use feats for things like max, empower, spell pen dont really need mental toughness you will have quite a few sp without it. Dont multiclass your sorc it hurts your spell point bonus from items.

Proably can even solo reaver at least and maybe some other raid

If you want to be solo friendly and WF ... look no further than a 15/1 wiz/rog ....
You can do all traps in game , self heal , CC , direct damage etc.
8 str
12 dex
16 con
18 int
8 wis
6 cha
Max your rogue skills every level ... start 1st level rog then rest wiz
If you wanted you could take another level of rogue later to go 14/2 instead... this would give you evasion and the oppurtunity to use that last rogue level to catch up on any skills you were falling behind on ... only negative on 14/2 is no level 8 spells until cap increases.
