Shroud - Arnny is dispelling, part deux

Last shroud run I experienced along with other people in grouping noticing it too, Big Red is dispelling...I lost all my buffs minus bard songs. Other runs I have seen no indication of his dispell so it must be on certain circumstances.

There was a dev post in regards to this after the server reboot. Harry is suppose to dispell. He was suppose to dispell from the very begining. That he's doing it now means he's working as intended....Well, more as intended ;)
