Why oh why must our Rogues and Rangers (anyone with a dex bonus greater than +8) have to resort to wearing robes and now monk outfits.

We don't need new graphics, some of the leather and padded armor skins would do just fine. Take the armor bonus off them and add effects as per monk outfits and add tunics to the cloth category on the AH and ding, happy rangers n rogues.

Might pass a couple of hours for a bored dev.

bored dev.

dont think we have these working on our game at the moment lol. but i agree that it would be cool to have more options other than a kungfu movie reject or a crossdressers wardrobe to choose from lol

It WOULD be nice. My Ranger has been running around in robes for too long. I've been buying multiples of the same type on the AH just to find some that look cool. The outfits make him look like some sort of Halfling beach comber (see flip-flops).

I am Noctus, and i approved this message.

There are many leather and padded armor skins who look like cool "adventurers clothing" and could be used as Robe-skins forthose high DEX rangers and rogues, who have issues going adventuring, fighting for they lives and doing great herois deeds, all the while wearing dresses or pyjamas.......

This has been suggested many times in the history of DDO. For anyone who needs D&D rules justification, look at the artwork of sample characters from non-armor classes. The Duelist in the 3.5 DMG is a good example that springs to mind.

As i pointed out to a monk one day during a vale run, the difference between them and my rogue was that i make the outfits look good :), they didnt take that so well lol
