Name Display: Glitch or Newbie Error?

Names no longer display over either PCs or NPCs. Nothing, nada, zilch. Still get the quest icons, but no names at all! Is it a glitch, or did I accidentally hit some secret keystroke & shut them off?

This is on ... Sarlona I think, if that matters.

press the "V" key and it should restore the names above peoples heads :D
