Any melees using Concordant Opposition?

I'm crafting my HP with Existential Stalemate as I really want the +6 Wis.

As for tier III I can't decide whether to dual shard or not so...

Any melees out there using Concordant Opposition?

If so how do you rate the HP recovery from it? Is it worth the extra 12 larges?

Getting 30 extra HP every 100 hits taken does not sound like it's worth 12 large ingredients.
