I have a 14/2 rogue/monk that has invested in intimidate. I went dwarf though for more hitpoints and tactics.

I also have a 16 halfling rogue.

My halfling is an assassin with a 26 int. 16 base + 6 item + 2 tome + radiance weapon with +2 int . Thats a 34 assassinate DC. And he still has trouble assassinating some mobs on elite high end content. Your build looks like its gonna have about a 30 DC... might be hard to pull off the assassinate in alot of situations.

My dwarf is an acrobat QS user with a 52 intimidate, 60ish AC and 400+ hitpoints. Not sure that your 48 intimidate is gonna be enough for raid bosses especially with the -4 for being a halfling. Also not having a ton of hitpoints to help compensate for the lack of DR may be a problem as well while tanking.

Just my thoughts, could be wrong on everything. :)
