I did my first quest Mark Of The Dragon after they told me to talk with free in house Jorasco So i did and nothing afther anyone can help me with the quest and the follow chain plz ty

Hi, not the right forum for that, next time those questions should be posted in the Q&A forums.

As to your question, the quest grants you a free feat exchange with Fred the friendly mind flayer.
You when you talk to him he offers to exchange feats, and you can pick dragonmarks for your choise of feats.
