Aspect of Smoke Item for an Intimitank

Has anyone made an Aspect of Smoke item, dual shard for the 20% permanent blur and displacement 2/day? I was thinking of making goggles for my intimitank, but has anyone found this to be good? Does anyone know what the duration is on the displacement?

The displacement should be that of a 16th lvl caster so 1:36. 20% perma blur is not worth the ingredients. Simply buy yourself either a ring of shadows (or farm PoP) or buy yourself a duskheart (trinket) (or farm the desert) to give the same benefit.

PS if your on Thelanis we might be able to work out a deal for the duskheart...

I was planning on making one and got it to Tier 2, but it just wasn't worth finishing Tier 3. The displacement is fairly useful since it lasts for a decent amount of time, but Blur is a very cheap buff that lasts a long time. I'd recommend making one just for the clicky, and going with something else for actual combat use.

Minority opinion:

I made one on a set of +45 hp gloves and love it on my tank. Especially nice in the xoriat area of the subterraine as the blur can't be debuffed. The two shots of 1:36 diplacement come in handy as well from time to time.

I did the same (in a cloak) after loving having perma blur from the DQ cloak but needing more hp.

I have made a khopesh with this effect as well (It's also my +4 AC Insight weapon)

I find it very useful when I go full defense... I use the displacement all the time...

I made oen for my Dwarf THF because it fit with the resist i wanted for soloing it;s on his neck, i use the displacmetn clickys all the tiem in VoD and shroud befor goign in to certen parts IE 2 and 4 for the big group fightes sicne we dotn wait for buffs adn just charge forward ;)
I liek always haveign blur and not needign it cast on me but to each his own in that reguard, It;s great to have if your soloing desert quest to queen flag at odd hours ;)
I made mine 30 lightning resist +5 fire and +10 Fire resists(smoke2),
combines nicely with WDS armor, a cloack of +2 cha gtr fire resist, and my BoLaS Gloves (30 acid +5 Lit, +10 lit), for 45 fire, 45 lit, 30 acid, 30 cold resists add in a wand charge(pally levels) for the odd time you need sonic and it rocks, I;ve realyl foudn there are a TONE of places that extra 15 fire and lit help kepe me alive a lot sicne evation is NOT an option for him :) 15 less dmagea per fireball in shroud sweet...
15 less damage per chain lightign or fire ballin VoD sweet :)
