Dex based Tempest

So got my Tempest dex based ranger started on Shroud runs. Rapier based of course any suggestions as to what I should make for this guy?

I think most will say Min II Rapier, at least that's what I'm making. :D

Radiance/ightning strike rapiers are neat too. Mineral II is nice but if you already have good weapons for devils, it's not really necessary (at least in the current state of the game).
