I'm looking to join or lead a group of mature players for any D&D from 1st ed to 3.5 ed (not 4th), with preference being 2nd ed, 3rd ed and 3.5 ed. More than willing to be DM. If I am DM, setting will be the 3.5 ed of Forgotten Realms (even if we decide to use another ed as the core rules - I'll simply make the adjustments), set in the Silver Marches. Expect a number of house rules to make the setting and players more interesting and able to handle things I throw at them, respectively. ex: PCs may multi-class as under the 1st edition rules - if a player makes a Elf Wizard/Fighter, he/she gets 1/2 d10 + 1/2 d4 HPs each time they level in both classes (you are not able to level until you have enough exp to level in both classes).

I have ~1,000 or so creatures to chose from when making encounters/adventures, tons of spells, magical items, treasure (note that not all treasures will be coins or gems), and advanced character classes. Also have the CC2 Pro mapping software to aid in making maps fast and easy, as well as player handouts.

Oops, failed to mention I've been playing AD&D/D&D for the past 28 years.

Have you checked into playing at Active Imagination @ Juan Tabo and Montgomery? They're probably a younger crowd and I have never had opportunity to play there, but it's worth a shot. I'd love to play, but I'm not a great role-player plus work has been kicking my butt lately. I'll ask around with some of my friends and see if they're interested perhaps.
