Birthday cake bug

well maybe this has already been posted, and maybe I asked for it and deserved to lose my slice of cake but hopefully this will help identify one location in the system where items can get lost...

to reproduce:
have inventory full
eat cake and dont talk to genie as to free up a spot in inventory
get a quest reward item (therefore filling up inventory again)
run away from genie

I had hoped the slice would go into overflow kinda like a collectable does if your inventory is full... however the result is that you lose your cake

yeah I didnt get it either... in this case he was the second one. as I was the first..
good point on the bug report that is where this properly belongs.

Only reason I bring that up is because I don't think any of the bug people roam about the forums all that much. And a bug report gives them some technical info as well.
