I have been unable to find the specs for an item built with good guard from Tier I - III. so far this is what I know:
Lesser Good Guard: 50% chance of 1d4 damage
Minor Good Guard: ???
(Greater?) Good Guard: ???
Anyone know what the rest of the numbers are?

100% of 1d4/1d8 according to my planner. Also, I've read somewhere that only the highest applies, but I think that was for elemental guards, not sure about alignments.

Thanks for the reply. Would it be something like this?
Tier I: Minor Good Guard: 50% chance of 1d4 damage
Tier II: Lesser Good Guard: 100% chance of 1d4 damage
Tier III: Greater Good Guard: 100% chance of 1d8 damage
I thought lesser was 1d6, not 1d6 like minor?
if so, 1d4 - Minor
1d6 - Lesser
1d8 - Full guard
I would make a 'lightning storm guard' item, which is holy/lightning then holy/lightning (or lightning/holy then lightning holy) for the tiers 1-3 (double sharding the 3rd tier)
Good luck!

Personally I am making a Radiance guard item.
Fire resistance 30 tier 1
Lesser Good guard 1d6 tier 2
Fire guard 1d8 tier 3
Proc: Blindness and light damage (double vs undead)

I've certainly considered Radiance & Lightning, but I want something that will work okay and not require 24 more larges. I've already sunk enough of them into dual wielding Min II's.
So just to verify, on Lesser and Greater (Tier I & II) the damage goes off 100% of the time?
Tier I: Minor Good Guard: 50% chance of 1d4 damage
Tier II: Lesser Good Guard: 100% chance of 1d6 damage
Tier III: Greater Good Guard: 100% chance of 1d8 damage

No idea. Typically the same types of damage will not all trigger at the same time. I.e. two fire guards will not give you two 1d8 damage rolls as of my last check which was a while ago (mod 5).

I crafted the ultimate guard item:
Tier 1: Minor lightning guard - 50% 1d4
Tier 2: Lesser acid guard - 100% 1d4 (actually forgot if it was 1d4 or 1d6)
Tier 3: Ice guard - 100% 1d8
Dual Shard BoLaS: 1d6 from any/all elements.
That item combined with:
Lion Headed Belt-Buckle - ??% 1d10
Bramble-Casters - 100% 1d8
Mobs do more damage to themselves than me on most attacks. I love seeing all the elements hit, up to nine red numbers everytime I get hit.
Now I have been trying to get the following for more devastation!
Lorrik's Champion - 1d10 Sonic
+5 Fire Guard FP - 1d8 Fire
Bluefire Necklace for Fireshield!!
Makes an inimitank with shield blocking feats very powerful.

OK, this may be a dumb question - but is the good guard (or greater good guard) GOOD DAMAGE, meaning it only effects evil mobs...
Or is it EVIL DAMAGE, meaning it only effects good mobs?
Or what?
Thanks

Supposedly, good damage that affects non-good mobs (evil or neutral). Can someone confirm 100% though? (I'd like to update my planner).
Also, can anyone confirm whether it's 1d6 or 1d4 for the "normal" guard (tier 2)? Thanks! :)
