Tier III Dual Shard Composite Longbow. It took FOREVER, but its done, and I am Thrilled!!

Haven't tried it on Arry... but it never froze Sul, unless I just wasted all the Freezes on the trash mobs and got unlucky on Sul, which is possible... which kinda ticks me off because the lightening hits him, I'm sure other Tier III special effects do... but not Freezing Ice... can't render any re-named immobile or auto-critable. Blanket Immunities for the BS. Though I do think I saw a Devil make a "Save" against the freezing ice, but can't be sure it wasn't a save vs. someone else.

Even with his Damage Reduction it was doing as much damage as my +4 Holy Burst of Pure Good on Sul, more on crits. Got to try it with Arry and silver arrows... ( had just ran out of silver arrows in the Shroud, crafted the bow just before I went to Visions ).

1d10 + 15 (w/my str) + d6(electric) + d6(frost) (+d6 electric??) Normal hits
and
((1d10 + 15 + d6e + d6f)x3)+(2d10f+2d10e) Crits with an additional +4d6e on a nat 20 confirmed crit.
