Once again we have our inaugural all male, sorry ladies, beauty contest! Last year on Riedra, Nexx hosted our very first Mr. Riedra 2007. Now, last year’s Mr. Riedra 2007, your very own Khlondor Fretgoop, is hosting Mr. Khyber 2008. Prizes for second and third place as well as our super grand prize.

Pm me if you want to be a contestant or judge no more judges.
Applicants will be chosen on a first come first serve basis max 10 contestants. Like all talent based beauty contests, contestants will be judged based on their routine, “outfit”, and answers to the question and answer portion of the contest.

Grand Prize will be +Sir Lawrence’s hat! Two power 5 Kamas. 175,000 platinum pieces, a +2 con tome and a large ingredient of your choice.

Second place will a +1 wisdom tome, 75,000 platinum pieces, a vorpal bastard sword and a medium ingredient of your choice.

Third place will be 50,000 platinum and a small ingredient of your choice.

people have guilds, etc friends, buy outs :D, which makes the competition unfair which is why i have volunteer, judges, not selected. A point system in which the contestants are judged by with audienc input as a portion of the outcome min my tally. The khyber community will influence directly based on a tie and inderectly with the point system i am creating for the judging.

while i do agree with you, practically speaking that is an impossibility without an organized ballot system, regestered voters etc i cant get majority of the khyber population 1, to watch and 2, to vote. So instead of being mean maybe you can have some positive feedback so other peoplke will be encouraged to do live events.

As far as who has the right to do this, since he is last year's winner and the original event holder has left the game, he's the only one remaining with any ties to the original contest. Meaning, he has more right to set up the rules than anyone else.

In celebration (and practice - my liver has seen better days), I sat in the golden wing for a while giving "Khyber Distillate" to anyone who walked in the door last night. I'll definitely be buying the bar a few rounds when you and I sit down to drink!
