Forgotten Legion Defeats Von5-6 Naked!

Last Night, the Forgotten Legion of Sarlona gathered its grit and determination and Defeated Velah and Kundarak’s Vault of Night Naked!!!!

In what we believe to be a server first, The Forgotten Legion hosted a Naked VoN5-6 run last night. The Rules Were Simple, No Armor, No gear, No Spell Components. Only Enhancements, Feats and whatever spells that could be cast without components. The group could gear up with whatever they pulled from the Chests in the Adventure.

It was a glorious and epic run! By putting our heads together and all pulling as a team, we were able to overcome the challenges put before us and attain victory when nobody said it could be done!

Things were looking bad when our first chest yielded no weapons and only armor…
The Second Chest we could not open…

But then our fortunes FINALLY turned on our 3rd and 4th chests with Mage and Bard spell components (HELLO HASTE!!) magical great swords, Dwarven axes, and a variety of swords and shields dropping…THEN it got A LOT easier…

Oh MAN! Nothing's harder than trying to punch a Kundarak Zombie to death (…err…again) un-hasted…BWAHAHAHAH

Since the Cleric could not Rez, (it requires spell components) we relied on Hylok (Monk of Light with Rise of the Phoenix) and Mogur the Paladin who had 4 raise deads per rest.

I won’t lie; it was a total meat grinder down the central corridor since we didn’t have a rogue…but we all dug deep and kept the adventure going.

Awesome Work All… You are all Legends now, and nobody will ever take that away from you.

Ahhhh....takes me back to the good old days of the Level 10 cap....
3rd offical Loreseekers dragon raid in late mid-June 2006...
12 toons running around with no armor on...some with no weapons...
Ahhhhh....those were the days....
And to think, Hordo and Lainney (on Alaria back then) only died once each!
Oh yea! That was the run I got my Kundarak Warding Shield...

Great job you folks! That is a difficult run naked and at level! Awesome...and you got me reminiscing too!
