Unable to use CP User

Hello-

I recently downloaded my 10-day free trial of DDO. Needless to say I'm a new player and I am already "hooked". I love DDO! So I will be continuing my subscription. I'm having a problem updating my information for the forums. I would like to be able to upload my avatar, create a signature, etc. However, when I try doing so, it always gives me the same error: Its saying that I do not have the authority to edit someone else's post and the other part is saying that perhaps my account has not been activated yet.
Would the fact that I'm playing on the free trial, impact my CP user in the forums. I was able to log in and obviously can participate, so why would I not be able to personalize my information?

No one can upload custom avatars.

As for the sig, I'm sure that has something to do with youbeing a "Guest" still and will become active once your subscription links up withyour forum account
