What programs do you use to record your gameplay for later review?

I can't vouch for it's quality as I haven't run it on my computer, but www.wegame.com has a recorder and uploading service that's free. Also, for short clips you can use the demo version of Fraps, but you have to pay for the full version if you want it. I'm sure there are others as well.
