STR Damage Modifier with TWF

I have an oversized TWF build.

Currently, my STR modifier is +4

When I hold two identical weapons (one in each hand), the total damage modifier shown on my inventory screen is 2 less for the weapon in the off-hand.

Is this a display bug?

I don't know why both my weapons wouldn't hit for the same amount of damage assuming they are identical weapons and I have the oversized TWF feat.

I have tried this with 2 +1 longswords and 2 muckbanes and it is always 2 less damage on the off-hand.

Off-hand weapons get 1/2 your strength modifier to damage. It is one of the lesser-known rules for TWF.
