Just wanted to let everybody know that we are currently experiencing a bit of a delay in processing Premium Service requests. The Premium Services team is working as hard as they can and getting them done as quickly as possible, but we're not currently able to meet the 2 business day turnaround time. This delay should be cleared up by early next week.
In the meantime, if you're waiting on a character transfer, you can actually continue to play on that character, despite the warnings in the FAQ. If you're online when they attempt to do the transfer, they will ask you to logout in order to complete it.
Customer Support will also be closed on Monday, 09/01/2008, due to the holiday.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we certainly appreciate your patience.
