So I tried again today to contact Customer Support.......


This is the third attempt.

First attempt was a phone call and the response I got was, "I am sorry, but I can not help you with that, please call back tomorrow."

I do not understand why I had to call back........but I did. And I basically got the "I will look into it and get this resolved, but it is going to take a day." talk on the next call.

A week later I try again, this time though your chat......only to get, Sorry we can't help you right now.


Turbine claims that if we refer a friend, we get 30 days credit. I can see the credit when I log into my account.......but it will not allow me to apply the credit.

I can understand technical difficulties, but giving me the runaround is extremely POOR customer service.
