No new Tactical Feats until Mod 9?!?

Been checking out some of the "Collected DDO info threads", and it looks like there won't be new tactical feats until Mod 9. Is this correct, or will fighters be getting some much needed love before 09? A yes or no from a Dev would be great...and like a lot of other people, given the cone of silence from Turbine, I'll interpret no response as meaning "Yep, you heard right, nothing new for fighters until 09."

Well there was this:

"Coming soon but not verified to be included in either Module 8 or 9
-- Way of Enhancements for Melee Classes (Barbarians, Fighters, and Paladins)
- Tactical Feats for the meal Classes (especially Fighters)"

Note that is say 8 or 9 :)
So it's probably mod 10
