New chests

OK, this is sort of a back burner idea, but how about adding some new chest models. I mean we have seen several chests of the same type over the years. How about same model but a green chest, or maybe some new modeled chests all together. So of the smaller chests were nice, but how about a nice big chest. Any thoughts on this? I know I like seeing new chests, it makes me feel like there maybe new loot in it that I've never seen.

You see a new model of chest in the kobold admiral's lair in 3 Barrel. Perhaps it's a chore to change chests in existing quests, so you'll have to wait as new quests come out.

So of the current ones, do like the large, pointy ones, or the smaller, rounder ones.

Another one popped in my head, undead chest, made of bones for the edges, and muscles for the wall's of the chest.

True there aren't many chest models, definitely we need the uber sized chests.

I thought that the different colors and types of chest denoted different quality of loot coming out of them. I am fairly sure that I got better stuff from the big black ones vs the brown box ones and that there was a difference in the different colored ones as well. Its been a long time though and I think and previous posts about that have been lost.

I'm worried that if we keep asking for new chest designs we will end up with lots more of the necropolis toilet-bowl chests. I get a big lol whenver I pull lvl 2 cleric spell components out of those...

How about some coffins for chests? We have enough undead walking about. Obviously, they aren't using them.

Yeah, I would like them to look like chests, but a few more styles would be nice, I don't really like changing the chests into the small boxes that you see around. I like big boxes and I like new designs.
