Why bard?

With dex that low, why? Most evasion builds are high dex builds that maximize their chances of avoiding damage. This looks like you wanted evasion so you splashed 2 rog and dont care if you make the save or not.

Trap blast goggles fix the low reflex save problem.

I'm more curious about the combat training. I don't think balance is that huge of a problem.

And Construct thinking is the last thing you want on a wizard. You'll already have high will saves.

There's a better opportunity for enhancements there, why not wand heightening and maximizing?

Also, why no force manipulation? That has a greater impact on your repair spells and magic missile.

He has Insightful Reflex so his Reflex saves are off his Intelligence Bonus not Dex

I'd drop the Bard Enhancments and the Rogue Dex and take the third Wizard Int at least

The end stats at level 16 are inaccurate. They do not have any items, and you did not spend your ability points for level 4, 8, 12 and 16.
